“Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.” – George Bernard Shaw
It might be exciting, but life at the top can be solitary. It can be hard to find space in your busy day to reflect on where you are and where you are going. It can be difficult to connect with others in the organisation with which you can share your aspirations and concerns. Who can you turn to, to challenge your thinking and share these things with?
This is true for individuals and teams that are continuously working with significant ambiguity and uncertainty.
PACE provides coaching on a 1:1 and team basis, providing an invaluable source of support to executives, managers, and business leaders. Our goal is to help you to improve your people skills, reduce staff attrition, and improve your communication. We also aim to enhance the leadership skills within your team, organisation, and the wider stakeholder community that you work with.
PACE provides executive and team coaching that is tailored to your needs that:
- Is a powerful intervention for creating high performing individuals and teams
- Last several months and is focussed, rigorous and tailored to the needs of the individual or team – using a range of evidence based baseline assessment tools
- Creates alignment of purpose, vision and objectives
- Helps individual and/or collective potential
Our approach coaching is solution focused, aimed to generate a clear and sometimes new understanding of circumstances both in 1:1 and team contexts. It allows you to develop fresh thinking to tackle real issues, even those which at first might appear too big or too difficult to overcome. Our team of executive and team coaches come from a range of backgrounds and business experience. They have undertaken nationally recognised and accredited post-graduate coaching qualifications and have significant experience of coaching senior individuals and teams.
“Su is a truly enriching coach. She makes working through most difficult of issues much easier. What sets her apart as a coach is that she brings out one’s innate problem solving skills that not only helps to deal with the problem at hand but also enables you to apply your new skills to any situation in the future.” – Radhika Rangaraju, NHS Breaking Through Programme
PACE also provide coaching supervision for coaches that undertake 1:1 work with senior leaders and managers.
