Taravandana

Taravandana brings a wealth of experience to the team, and has skills founded upon a combination of 30 years of experience. She’s worked: as an NHS clinician (allied health professional); and as a senior manager and organisational development leader in a range of NHS organisations including acute, strategic health authority and clinical networks.

She has led on a number of regional and local consultancy assignments, and now works part-time in the NHS as an internal organisational development specialist.

Consultancy
Taravandana has proven ability in a range of developmental approaches including coaching, mentoring, action learning, facilitation, change management, leadership, and organisational development. She has successfully led a number of large-scale change programmes as a leader and as an external organisational development consultant. Her clients include both NHS and third sector organisations.

Coaching
Taravandana has been coaching and mentoring since 2002. She combines empathy and support with constructive challenge, enabling individuals to bring about change, maximise their contribution and increase their levels of fulfilment. She uses a range of tools including appreciative inquiry, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, 360 feedback, and Myers Briggs Type Indicators.

Her clients include Executive Directors, Public Health Specialists, Senior Managers and clinicians from across the NHS, as well as Senior Managers from both the voluntary and private sectors. She is now training as a Coaching Supervisor.

Qualifications and professional membership
Taravandana has a range of academic and professional qualifications. She is also an accredited qualified Executive Coach and Coach Supervisor. She is also a member of European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and an Associate of CIPD.
