A while ago I wrote a brief blog on developing creative environments to encourage research and innovation in the NHS.  A team of us used open space technology (OST) to bring together a diverse group of like-minded people.  There were some brilliant ideas about what could work well and what would need to change for everyone that works in the NHS to understand how they could contribute, get involved, or make things happen in NHS research and development.
